Responsibilities:
oFormulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects.oPrepares detailed specifications for programs.oResponsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.oHas full technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.oUnderstands the business or function for which application is designed.oDuties also include instructing, directing and checking the work of other systems analysts and programming personnel.oResponsible for quality assurance review.oResponsible for directing and monitoring the work of team membersEducation Requirements:
oBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a curriculum or major field of study which provides substantial knowledge useful in managing large, complex AIS projects is closely related to the work to be automated, and/or in a computer science, information system, a physical science, engineering or a mathematics-intensive discipline.Experience Requirements:
